Review & Resolve a Validation Result

  • Veeva RIM Basics Admin or Submission Manager

This work instruction is for Vaults with a Veeva RIM Basics: Submissions Publishing license.

When your submission content is validated against the specific rules for the agency specified for the application, validation results may be generated.

Note: Your submission can only be validated when continuous publishing is turned on.

To review and resolve a validation result:

  1. Navigate to the submission record and open the Open Validation Results or Informational Validation Result section.

  2. Click a validation result to learn more about the issue.

    When continuous publishing is turned on, Veeva RIM Basics is always publishing and validating. Once you have addressed the issue causing the validation result, it will be removed from the list.
